The process or art of casting metals.  A place where raw metal is formed and alloyed into products. The word brings to mind a placed where materials are transformed into something tougher and stronger - forged and cast into a form ready for hard work.

 

    The Soccer Foundry is a methodology and philosophy combined into a form to make great teams.  It does not rely on simple tryouts, but is a way of building teams with a sustained, thoughtful process.  It is a team building process unique to Arundel Soccer.  It is what only a soccer club can do.  You can be a part of it, but you don’t pay for it.  There are no forms to fill out - no place to register, but you can participate!

 

    Are you a coach in young Rec ages and have in interest in coaching a team in a league when the time is right?  Are you a parent with a kid who loves soccer and wants to continue.  Are you a player who always has a ball at your foot and can’t play enough?

 

    ASA Grassroots Soccer Academy is for extra player training from professional trainers outside the team environment.  Grassroots supports teams by developing players.  The Soccer Foundry is the team building counterpart to the individual focus of Grassroots.  It develops teams.
